I've probably taken 500 myself. I'd guess that my brother in law's sister has taken twice as many, figure double that for her parents and you're up to like 3,500. Grandma and Grandpa on both sides, take it up to 6,000. Friends, family outside of that, I bet she averages 10 pictures of her taken a day, every day of her life.
When she was barely a year old she started reacting to smart phones because she understood that people were taking pictures of her. Before she was two she would start hamming it up every time something got pointed at her. It's unreal.
She lives in Chicago so I can't really help myself when I do get to see her. Everyone else has their excuse too. My sister told me that at one point my niece started running around saying "I'm cute!! I'm cute!!" but they were able to get her to stop doing that.
I don't know what my point is, it's just, when I was a kid, cameras came out for like, birthday parties and shit. I wonder what it's like to grow up with that. e\Every moment someone is shoving a phone in your face, snapping pics.
Also, I like wine. On fucking Tuesday evenings. Work will suck tomorrow.
