Quick, take an extension cord, cut off the female end, expose 1" of wire, get yourself wet, stand in bath tub & apply the wires to the front & back of your chest.

You should get that checked out. I had that, and it turned out to be a perforated ulcer of the upper stomach.

So it's a toss up between heart attack, gas, heartburn, and a perforated upper stomach.
On top of that, you have a heart condition.

Definitely go see a doctor if you already have a heart condition. Sheesh.

yes, generally speaking VSD arent a cause of heart attacks, generally they cause lung disease, did you get a procedure addressing your VSD? Also any weakness (not pain, but weakness) . Also is it a pain or more of a pressure sensation.

Also a note *most* people who have heart attacks feel a squeezing pressure sensation in the middle of their chest

No not really.

Ok based on the questions Ive asked and the responses Ive gotten, I would say that it is not a heart attack. I would go lie on a bed for a little while, drink some water or juice and close the light and keep the room cool. Try that for about 30 mins to 1 hour and see how your feeling. Based on your answers your more then likely having either gas, or a muscle pain. But since it doesnt hurt when you move around, its probably not muscle pain. If you have some pills to help relieve gas take that. Also if in 30 mins to an hour symptoms get worse other than better, go see a doctor, especially if your sweating and having trouble breathing

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm feeling better now.
