I'm looking at getting a new upgrade for a video editing machine. I don't want to go A64, so I'm sticking with P4. I'm looking at this:

Mushkin 184 Pin 1GB(512MBx2) DDR PC-3500 Level One Dual Pack - Retail $227
ASUS 865PE Chipset Motherboard for Intel Socket 478 CPU, Model "P4P800" -RETAIL $106
ntel Pentium 4/ 3.0C GHz 800MHz FSB, 512KB L2 Cache, Hyper Threading Technology - Retail $225

Total comes out to be: $559

This should OC to 3.5, maybe 3.7 if I'm lucky. Any suggestions or comments?

Yeah, I was planning on it. It seems the newegg is OOS right now, so I'll have to order elsewhere.
