I think I was banned from posting to the playstation 3 forum

All I did was say that it was supposed to be an advanced machine and that they should make it capable(maybe with a firmware update or some kind of update) of remembering a blu-ray's position when the unit is turned off(all of them have hard drives it shouldn't be to tough to mark a position).
For most blu-rays this is not much of a problem but some are interactive like choose your own adventure sort of thing like house on haunted hill 2 that requires a lot of interaction.I failed to post about the house on haunted hill 2 thing because they loced me out or something.

WTF, names are not copyrighted, they're trademarked, and I highly doubt Dr. Seuss trademarked the names of his characters. And even if it was, I don't think the OP's use would be infringement. What a lame reason to ban someone.

they should allow me to change my nick at least before banning me or give at least a warning and a means how to change it,I didn't know the name was copyrighted.
and can I ever get this account back with a nick change?

Onceler, the name is not copyrighted. Modeps was just having some fun. You don't need to change your name.

If you're having problems with your Playstation forum account, your best bet is to PM one of the mods over there and ask them about it. There's not much of anything the ATCG forum can do about what the Playstation forum does.
