I think I was banned from posting to the playstation 3 forum

Onceler, the name is not copyrighted. Modeps was just having some fun. You don't need to change your name.

If you're having problems with your Playstation forum account, your best bet is to PM one of the mods over there and ask them about it. There's not much of anything the ATCG forum can do about what the Playstation forum does.

The reason the user was banned was due to his handle being attributed to a copyrighted character in Dr Seuss books.

WTF, names are not copyrighted, they're trademarked, and I highly doubt Dr. Seuss trademarked the names of his characters. And even if it was, I don't think the OP's use would be infringement. What a lame reason to ban someone.

Yes, it's almost like Modeps completely made up that response from Kaz Hirai, current President and Group Chief Executive Officer of Sony Computer Entertainment, Inc.

The hell I'm supposed to know who Kaz is? I figured he was a mod over there.

I think that this is a feature that should have implemented by now I cannot believe the total lack of interest in this feature that everyone seems to have.
The PS3 has the hardware for remembering hundreds of movies!
