My system crashes when running 3dmark06 with my 8800GTS 512 card. It use to work just fine with the 8800GT. But the system works just fine when I put my q6600 back to stock speed. Right now I have this PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/...x?Item=N82E16817171014http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171014
Here are some of my specs

Antec Nine Hundred with 5 fans
EVGA LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI TR
160GB 7200 RPM-Hard Drive
Q6600 @3.0GHz
Evga-Geforce 8800 GTS@750/1000
Patriot Extreme Performance 2GB DDR2 800
Microsoft Windows Vista 64-Bit Home Premium
3Dmark06 score: 14,060

its probably not a problem with your PSU, probably your Q6600 overclock being unstable

cooler master isn't known for being an Elite brand when it comes to PSU's however their definitely one of the better ones

you should have more than enough wattage and amperage with that PSU, even though there's people that will say never go with anything less than a corsair or seasonic.
