I wear contact lenses, and tend to leave them in when I sleep, sometimes weeks at a time. I've done this for 4 years now. I noticed my vision was getting a little worse, and that my eyes started to get more veins in them but for some reason this seemed minor to me.
Well, today I realized how screwed up my eyes are. I spend most of my time indoors. A while ago I went out to arlington racetrack, and discovered that it hurts to focus on things far away. It just feals weird, and my eyes don't focus properly. Also, recently when I wake up my eyes are a little cloudy, but it clears up in a couple minutes. I'm really scared to go to the eye doctor now, especially after reading what that "veiny" thing signifies (eyes arn't getting enough oxygen naturally, so the veins drag up). Anyone know how bad things are going to be when I get the balls to finally see an eye doctor?
