Well I completed an ebay auction at Apr-27-03 20:10:39 PDT

I paypal'd him 2 days later for the total + shipping. He emailed me saying he would ship it and give me a confirmation number soon as the check cleared. On Tue 4/29/2003 6:15 PM.

The check cleared Fri 5/2/2003 10:04 AM.

I have e-mailed him twice asking on the status of it being shipped. Once on Mon 5/5/2003 11:51 PM, and another time on Wed 5/7/2003 9:29 AM.

Still no emails back at all since him telling me he'd ship it out and tell me confirmation number on 4/29/2003 6:15 PM.

What should I do? Should I wait longer? Contact paypal and get the payment reversed? (If that is even possible)

Its odd because the guy has 99% positive feedbacks... I wouldn't think someone with such a clean record would do this sort of thing. This is out of 357 feedbacks.
 
maybe he's just bad at communication

wait like 7 more days, keep trying, after that file a claim with paypal
 
I was being nice and not posting his Ebay id, thinking I don't want to cause any trouble to him. But I just looked at his feedback and another recent auction he got a negative... so here it is. quality_4_sale
