i think i managed to flood a fuel injected engine

my father who has far more experience at this than i thought it sounded like it was flooded. the guy on the phone at the dealer thought it was flooded as well (the guy who told me to crank it for a minute and a half :| ). the motor was obviously running, but the engine wouldn't catch.

when they got it to the dealer it turned right over. i'm having them check the starter motor.

just got the thing back from the dealer. they say they're going to replace the starter motor once they get one in, could be 2 weeks before that happens. i park in my garage and notice the distinct smell of burning electronics :| now i don't know if this thing is safe to even park in my garage, let alone drive with. wtf was the moron thinking telling me to crank it for a minute and a half? and how the hell do they not have a starter motor for a qr25de on hand? that's the most common motor put into nissan branded cars
