That sounds like total BS - vortex of colors? From what, the electricity? Were there red and orange and black arcs of electricity? Please. I think Biosfear was doing a little acid when he was sitting near an old, open apple monitor. :confused:

The worst shock I ever had was when I was rought 12 or 13. I reached over to turn on a lamp (while standing barefoot on the furnace register), and my hand touched the metal part of the bulb that wasn't fully screwed in. It didn't knock me backwards, but I [involuntarily] ran in place for a few seconds before I could pull my hand away. My hand didn't hurt too badly, but me feet ached for the next day and a half :eek:

man omg i got a kick out of that. i dont know why it was so funny, but the but I [involuntarily] ran in place for a few seconds made me laugh so hard. hahahahah that was hilarious. thanks

OUCH!!! I do know what i feels like to be shocked by a 125 V current. I was attempting to fix my subwoofer/amp and I touched a lead on the power PCB right where the power cable enters the box. ZAP!!! I felt quite funny for a while.
