I sleep at least 6-7 hours a night, which is more than I ever had goofing off in high school. I probably take in 150-200 mg of caffeine a day. I wake up randomly at night (for example, last night,go to bed at 1 AM, wake up at, 3 AM, 4 AM, 5 AM, and finally to my alarm at 7 AM). I wake up with sleep paralysis, which I thought was just weird dreams until I read about it here on ATOT, at least twice a week; even more so when I wake up randomly at night. I can't get through the day without a nap, and I fall asleep at the most random freaking times. Sitting in Calculus at 9:30 AM? I'll fall asleep, and not because it's boring either. I can be completely awake, taking notes, answering questions, whatever, I look down or just rest my head on my arm and the next thing I know it's 11 AM and I'm the last one in the class.

Dude, that happens to a lot of people. I routinely sleep through some of my classes. I would worry if you sleep through *all* of your classes all the time, not your morning calculus class.

Definitely have less coffee and more booze. That'll solve those sleep problems

I've heard while booze can help you sleep, the sleep you get will not refresh you as much as non-boozed sleep.
