Alright, today I purchased a SuperPower KS200 case from a local store. Upon bringing it home I read a few reviews about SuperPower cases. So far none of them are really supportive of these cases. I was wondering should I return it and get something else, or is it good?

Link To Case [it's the KS200]:
http://www.spower.com/Concord.htm

It came with a SH Power Supply rated at 250watts??? I was wondering if it would be ample enough to power my Asus A7V [when it comes out]and a Duron 600.

I was wondering, did I mess up with this case? Any help is welcome. Thanks!

How much did that case cost? If it was >$90, I suggest returning it for the Antec SX830, which can be had for about $90 from Onvia, shipping included. My reasons are here: http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=37&threadid=200869:) If it was less than $90, you might want to return it and replace it with the Fong-Kai 603, which has been rated highly here on Anandtech. It costs in the area of $70, I think.

Both of these suggestions are based on the assumption that they wont charge you a hefty restocking fee.:Q

Datafly: I did want a Fong Kai 603. But due to the fact that I live in Hawaii [good place to live, junk for comp parts]. Shipping would have killed me on the Fong Kai. Directron was 77 dollars for shipping on it. That's a little too pricey for me. I was looking at a Antec for 99 dollars [the going rate for any mid tower case in Hawaii]. But it didn't look as good [i'm looking for SOME style here :)]. But I ended up going to another store and saw this one. The guy at the store reccomended it. He's using it for his 1ghz Thunderbird [not overclocked] so I figured it would be good enough for me. The thing that got me to buy it was the fact that it comes with a AMD Reccomended PS. But now I'm conserned with the cooling thing [this case only has 2 80mm fans].

*Note: They charge 15% to restock it. :(

Thanks for the comments.

You haven't done badly. Superpowers are reasonably well built, and the ks200's front bezel can be easily drilled out to allow better airflow. 2 medium to high flow 80mm sunons should give very good (if not spectacular) results. Giiven the price/availability in Hawaii, you likely won't find anything better except the antec. Go with the flow, be happy.

Jhhnn: After panicing [sp???] for a while. I decided that it IS a pretty good case. Stock it can hold [after carefully looking it over] 3 fans. One in the PS, a 80mm in front and a 90 [do they really make this size?] in back. So I'm semi-happy. I've decided to run a hard drive blower, and a golden ord for my cpu. Thanks, for your comments, I really appreciate it.

Yep, you can get 92mm fans from several online vendors, 2cooltek for example. Shipping via the post office may be your best option, if you can get it. Locally, in Hawaii, it may be more difficult to find.

Superpower cases are OK I have a Landmark Midtower in my second system. With 2 80mm fans internal temp is just a couple of degrees over ambient. They are well built and very easy to get into. Just slide off the top and sides pull of, they are nice and deep...plenty of room to work in.

Thanks everyone for your insight. I've decided to keep it. I mean I really don't plan to do that much overclocking. Hopefully some unless I get the crappy Duron and the switchless mobo. -lol- Anyways thanks for the reasurance.

one more for ya, just cuz i love my polaris II

I like the build quality of the Superpower cases. I have my case modded to fit 2 120mm fans(intake/exhaust).

The only thing about your case that i dont like is the power supply, 250 will be pushing it if u have a lot of devices like me. 2 hard drives, 3 cdroms, athlon 650@800 1.8v, 3 120mm fans, 2 60mm black label deltas.

I currently have a 400watt seventeam b/c my old 300watt SH wouldnt give me enough power at 800MHz, and i would also have instability while burning cds.
