well i did another test its at 13mbps now and still has a huge amount to go

upload is still at 800k

dang!! Optimum online the most I have seen is 980k sustained.... Once I hit 1.2meg from microsoft for a few seconds, but averaged out to like 700k.

And Comcast doesnt role out speeds across the country at the same time, they will upgrade certain areas/regions at a time. The northwest seems to be generally late in getting speed bumps.
