I may have some sort of tire insurance, I'm not sure. Regardless, I'll have to take it in to the tire shop and have them put on a new tire. I s'pose I'll see if they have some kind of test to determine where/how the tire was punctured.
This is the second time a set of tires have "mysteriously" deflated at my house's driveway. First my roommate's girlfriend, and now mine. Thing is they were in two completely different parts of our driveway/lot, which has ZERO glass or other sharp objects littered on the ground.

Googerlx2, it sounds like it's someone in the neighborhood...prolly some punk kid that's jealous of your arrangement. I.E. cool people living in a house, they have nice cars, etc. People can be such d1cks, you know?
I have a similar prob where I live. About a year ago, my apt complex went "Section 8". Lots of folks here that don't work and drive hoopties. I have a brand new, $32K truck that I take better care of than myself. People get jealous....they key me, smash into me (hit and run) throw soda on my truck, etc.
I now have an alarm that goes off if you get within 6 feet of the truck...and I swear; the next person that defiles my vehicle WILL get a baseball bat to the knees....I don't care if it's a kid or not.

Only person I can think of is that dude I beat up a few weeks ago. But he a) doesn't know who I am. b) doesn't remember a damn thing about that night, except that he got his ass beat. (My roomate works with a friend of his apparently) c) I haven't run into him or have any reason to think that he's been stalking me just to slash my tires.

off topic, but we went through a "phase" of kids knocking mailboxes off the stands around the subdivision. A couple nieghbors chased them in their cars, and the one thing that busted them was a video camera. Maybe it wouldn't be a terrible investment for you. Either that, or a proximity sensor for your alarm.

Prolly some piece of sh1t that would have done it regardless of who lived there. We have the tools and hardware to install a surveillance camera, so we might do that. Or maybe we'll just wait in the bushes next weekend and jump the bastard when he goes in again.
The student ghetto already has terrible problems with theft of all kinds. I'm sooooo glad I moved to a part of town which adds on Tire slashing to that list.
I should bring out my friend's unloaded gun just to make the kid piss his pants if we do catch him.

No, not at all. Like I said I beat up that one guy, but I've talked to his friend and she said he was simply "out of character" that night. He's a) not one to do vandalous/scandalous things and b) is too lazy to do so anyway.
Other than that, I'm really easy going. I don't get offended easily seem to get along with pretty much everyone I meet.

Get a place with a garage and you'll never have to worry about your car at home again. When I lived in apartments, I had nearly every car I owned damaged in one way or another in the parking lots.

No only one. The rear-left tire. s'pose I meant to say tire not tires. But then again, he/they got two tires from my roomates girlfriend's car. We did call the cops before. There's essentially nothing they can do, they up patrol of the area for like a week, but they can't do that forever. And even upping area patrol doesn't do much as slashing a tire would take about 2 seconds with a decent knife.
damn man, i'm sorry, i hope you find him/her.. My car got broken into in September and i was FUMING for days. so i know how ya feel
