Got to thinking today...
I survived through "Jarts" (A now banned lawn dart game).
I rode in the trunk of a car to hold an item sticking out while my parents drove home.
I was damaged by a store display causing stitches and smashed finger.
So what is it with today? By current day's standards I should be dead or have killed someone with the Jarts. Been put in foster homes because of my parents neglect. And be a millionaire for suing the store that crushed one of my fingers.
I blame it on the Lawyers. Seems like every week I read a story about something that I did/would have doneas a kid that is now VERY frownded upon. So what did you "survive" through that would be condemned by today's standards?
