Honestly, how many teachers are going to know about this? Probably only the principle, VP, and the admin that tried to register it in the first place. After talking to him about it, they'll forget in a few months.

I can't think of anything other than insubordination the school can point to in the book. However, I'll say insubordination only affects stuff on school grounds/school sponsored activities.
This is concidered a lawful business practice, and therefore the school nor the government has any jurisdiction over this. This would probably go to court.
