I started watching the Sarah Connor Chronicles this weekend

with nothing else to do at work sunday/monday, I started off with the second season on hulu... :thumbsup::thumbsup:

I didn't think I could love Shirley Manson anymore than I did, but she's awesome as evil terminator mom... am I missing anything by skipping ahead to the 2nd season, though?

You're missing a bit of setup on how the Connors got to where they currently are. I'm not sure any of it is truly necessary, though.

My issue with the show is that the premise of the human resistance in the future is silly when you see what the robots can do. They are essentially impervious to human weapons, they are far superior in every way, and can sow mass desruction in the blink of an eye. How long would it take them to destroy all human life on the planet??

Wonder how long it will take before a Dutch station purchases the series. If they don't do that soon I'll probably have to download it in order to watch it.
