i sold somthing to somone on ebay and he claims it does not work, what do i do

Technically it is lying...I hope you get busted for postal fraud.

This is quite unfortunate. However, back in December, I sold a 200-disc CD changer on Ebay. The purchaser claimed that the player was skipping on a lot of his discs. We suspected the problem started only after the unit was shipped from me to him. Fortunately, I used FedEx Ground for the shipping. I made a claim with FedEx and received a refund within a month. I then reimbursed the purchaser for the purchase price plus the shipping fees that he had paid.
