• We should now be fully online following an overnight outage. Apologies for any inconvenience, we do not expect there to be any further issues.

I slept from 6am to almost 6pm.

I'm back home from college for now but I can't seem to get back into my regular routine. I'm used to going to steak and shake at 3am with a bunch of friends.

I've done that before. Once or twice I've gone out the whole night, then to morning classes starting at 8 am, then passed out at 11 am.

a Job can change that.

No. Have been working for many years and usually cannot get to sleep before 2 or 3. 4 or 5 hours of sleep is a good night for me. Of course I make up for it on the weekend.

I slept once from 3PM saturday to 9AM Sunday. Wednesday - Friday were quite some days for me, though.

When school's out, my sleep routine gets screwed up. I can't wait for college to start so I can get back into the system again.

Theres an easy way to get into a good sleep habit:
1. Stay up for 24 hours and fall asleep at 1am or whenever you want to fall asleep/wake up.

2. Get wasted at 9pm and youll be out by midnight (alcohol is a depresent).

I did #2 last year before finales and got a lot of sleep, even though I was hung over during the tests.

I don't know how you'd last 9 hours in the day without a nap.
