why you drove off without the food is really dumb. I would have had them call the police. not that they would have done much but why not they stole $13 from you.

Shouldn't have left without your grub

Had you been in the Daewoo, she would have delivered your food wearing a smile and nothing else.

That's almost as bad as the time when a few friends and I went through the drive thru, paid at the first window, and at the 2nd window the guy goes "You didn't order anything, I don't have to give you anything!" Friend stalls his car intentionally right at the 2nd window, goes "Damn, I gotta call the auto club." We walk inside with the receipt demanding food. In the end, the car starts again and we get food.

This is no parody, this just happened to me between 12:00 & 12:50 today. I should talk to a lawyer, stupid b!tch, I didnt steal the damn food & I sure as hell didnt eat the food because you never gave me the food. Imagine I could be rich if I win.

Edit: Emotional Distress because she said I ate the food implying i'm fat she hurt me :(

sure go ahead and rack up a min of $5,000 in legal fees of $13.00 of burger.

Definitely call the cops and get a complaint on file. It's not doing so that lets people who pull this crap get away with it. If so many people file complaints eventually they're going to notice a pattern and nail the guy/gal.

You can't sue McDonald's because they stole $13.00.

Even if you wanted to take them to small courts, I think the amount has to be at least $20.00 IIRC. In the end, you pay hundreds to get back $13.00. I would just call the corporate office, tell them the story, and identify the location and the manager's name -- you did get her name, right?

Unless you sue them for psychological damage but they might laugh at you for that. ;)

I did not leave without my food! I didnt have anyone with me, my friends were at ENC (Internet Cafe) & I was going to meet them there with the food. I bitched & bitched untill I got my food. I didnt get her name, i'm just gonna wait outside the store for her one day. The lady was the manager that I was arguing with & it was 12am, the inside was closed.
