I've only shot handguns once or twice before, and that was many years ago when I was younger. Last weekend though I shot this baby:

I've got some video clips of it in action. What's a good site to host small video files on besides Google video. The largest file is 12mb.

Shooting that thing humbled me a bit. It made me realize that guns should always be shown and treated with respect because their power only takes a split second to end a life.

It is a sexy gun. The sight on that thing was the type with a laser crosshair projected onto a glass piece (not sure what those types of sights are called). You could switch between different crosshairs, just like BF1942!

Legality depends on the state laws.

All of them are very tightly regulated by the feds and very expensive as a result.


Edit: I see the owner is a cop. Different rules for LEOs.
 
lol, i saw a ladys hair and i was like WTF, then the rest of the picture loaded and i realized it was a doll 😉

Not for the police department my brother's with. They just formed a "rapid response team", or as I like to call them "the local small town pd's wanna be swat team" 😉.

this is their standard issue weapon as part of that team.
 
WTF Man, such a nice gun... and yet such crappy light mounts and optics!!!!!

WTF is up with an ultadot on a FA M4....... Especially since it sounds like its duty issued!
I wouldnt put an ultra dot on a $600 plinking AR-15 much less a duty use gun!

AND MOUNTED ON TOP OF A REMOVABLE CARRY HANDLE AT THAT!

Chill dude. The department fronted the gun, my brother has to front money for the extras.......and welll.....he does make a policeman's salary, need I say more.

Anyhow, it got the job done.

That's where it came from. My g/f is a stylist and she has access to a ton of those things. We're grabbing like 4 or 5 to shoot next weeked. We'll also be using a shotgun this time around on them.

Yea, ammo can be expensive depending on what you wanna shoot.
5.56x45mm(or .223REM) costs about $230 per 1000 rounds for milspec.

I just ordered a glock 21 and i'm now finding out 45ACP is expensive(almost $300 per 1000 at a few places I checked. I need to do a lot of shopping around)

Still not as expensive as 2 dollars are shot for .50BMG
