Anyone ever had this? I really look like I am pregnant! I got some anti gas pills but they don't seem to be working. What the hell causes this, and how do I fix it?

Doctor is not an option unless I am at risk of exploding.

unless you're some kind of asexual worm...you're not pregnant...can't be done without the involvement of at least one other party...Maybe the cheetos you ate during your...movies...have given you bloat.
 
So Googled 'sudden bulge stomach' and hit the 'I'm Feeling Lucky'. Since I did paper work at a hospital in an ER for 5 years, I think I'm pretty qualified to make these diagnoses..

You should get that evaluated. If it is fluid (ascites), then there could be something very serious going on. Of course my clinical experience w/ ascites is 1 patient, so I have no idea if your presentation is consistent with it.

I agree.

Even more concerning would be if you had any stomach pains, constipation, nausea, or vomiting along with the swelling. What if there's some sort of obstruction there and you need to be emergently "relieved" of it?
Given the sudden onset, I would be wary, but if it's just swelling without the other previously mentioned symptoms then it's hopefully not as severe a problem. Pay 20 dollar co-pay and go see doc.
In regards to what interchange said:
If I remember previous posts correctly, you're predisposed for some liver problems given your previous social history. Though highly unlikely for the problems to surface now, it's not outside of the realm of possibilities. Go see doc also if you notice easy bruising or purple spots any where on your body, or if someone happens to mention that the whites of your eyes are yellower than usual.
