our teacher is required to give 3 major test each 1/4. She had not given us enough and decided that a single test will count 2 major test grades. She said since the test was going to count so much and that it was going to be so hard, that she would weight the test, the person that missed the least (no matter how many he missed) would get a 100. this test will be our final one and is the differance between allot of people failing or passing for the year. She got up in front of the class today with the results of the test and said that the entire class will be mad at me, for i did not miss any questions. everyone gave me a rather nasty look, and im sure some might fail because of what i did. i should feel remorse, but i feel the underlying happpiness that i have screwed them

Tough for them. Did she announce it in front of the class because you turned her in for environmental infractions?

Why the hell did she announce your scores to the whole class? I'd be pissed if that happened. Your grades are supposed to be private.

The United States Supreme Court decided otherwise. Calling out grades during class does NOT violate the Family Educational Rights to Privacy Act.

PWNED.

Most colleges have a grade privacy policy.
Schadenfroh is in high school.

Heh, I had that happen quite a few times in high school, only a few times in college. Always fun to be the one setting the curve. I'm that person in my business finance class right now (easy stuff, though) and in Latin (though that's not curved).
