I saw Suzie Orman at Costco today promoting her book........

Costco seems about perfect for her:

"Want to get rich like me? Sue the shit out of your wealthy ex to get the big boost, then invest like I do!!"

What a worthless whore.

I used to like Suzie Orman. Then I hated Suzie Orman because shes such a control freak know it all. But then I liked her again because she gives good advice to stupid people. Now I think to myself, "Suzie Orman, lol." 😉

Am I supposed to know who that is?

She has been a financial "analyst" on many major news programs and has written many books over the years. I am not a huge fan of her, however to not know about her is rather ignorant. That implies that you do not watch much news, chiefly personal finance segments, and have never visited the business and financial section of a bookstore nor have read news magazines.

Frankly not knowing about her is indicative of people who are not aware of current personal financial trends, and I think that should be somewhat worrisome.

. . . anyhow, I remember reading a business article a year or so ago that Costco sells more books than Barnes and Noble, as such it makes perfect sense for any author to promote their books at the largest, by volume, retailer of books.

I couldn't tell you the last time I watched a news show. I think Rocky and Bullwinkle could do a better job than anyone on TV right now.

Frankly not knowing about her is indicative of people who are not aware of current personal financial trends, and the mediocre media whores who promote them!

Fixed. Now your message is perfect.

Sounds like someone's on their high horse tonight...

She sticks to a lot of 'traditional' financial principals that aren't working well in this current environment. She is a one trick pony. But at least she tries to help people become financially savvy and I think she does it for the right reasons, even if her advice isn't always great.

Somehow I thought of Susan Powter when I read the thread title. 😕 No idea who the other Suze is.
