To answer your question about the vans, Ford Econoline vans take their parts from the F-series bin. (Super Duty bin for the 250 and 350). So 4wd axles can be put on at the dealership at the right cost.

Thats exactly like the van I had seen. The only difference was the van that I had seen had windows all around the van(like the typical passenger transport version) & not a single side window like in the picture. All of the windows on the van I saw were tinted black.
