I remember when Fight Club came out; it looked like just another action movie with a dumb name. I figured it was like "Blood Sport" or something where it would end with a final showdown of sorts between the two main characters in a ring. Instead, it wasn't like that at all, and that's what I like about it. The actual "fight club" is just a medium for telling the story of Norton's duality.

Did anyone realize early on that they were the same person? The flashes of Tyler every once in a while were easy to miss. I didn't realize they were the same person until well into the movie.

I heard Palahniuk is a very interesting author. He has some other books that I heard are good reads as well. Fight Club is a great movie, Norton is amazing. I really like the cataloge scene.

His books are great with the exception (IMHO) of Invisible Monsters. I just couldn't get into that one at all. Survivor is absolutely hilarious, as is Choke.

I didn't get that it was the same person til right at the end. I still need to watch it a 2nd time to see if i can spot it earlier on!
