Should be geting them in at Staples very soon. Microsoft bought an end cap near the front of the store and we have been having radio ads every 4 songs I even had to do "training" on it, which was a joke quiz.

with microsoft announcing HD content on the xbox360, apple really has some competition finally. the zune has a nice simple look, but without the apple styling that I think has won people over. I really hope this pushes apple to go with HD content. Or near HD content. At the same pricepoint as it is now tho of course.. heh.

I agree, like I said about the 360 HD downloads, I wish MS would start consolidating all these technologies. All of this stuff should tie in seamlessly to Media Center. :|

I won't buy it for the simple reason that it only comes in a 30GB version. I currently have a 30GB iPod (26GB actually available) and I'm already using 16GB and am quickly adding more music. I refuse to buy a NEW device that doesn't offer more space than my year old 5G iPod.

p.s. the gigabeat 60 gig is like $270 bucks on amazon and might be the best HD player out there.

That video is pretty slick. I'll withhold judgement until I actually have one in my hands to look at, though. Will it play just plain ol' mp3's, or will I need that DRM crap? If I buy songs off iTunes (yeah, right), can I play them on this thing?
