i saved a bunch of money by switching to progressive

yeah, I keep meaning to switch to progressive... their program where they track how much you drive would save me a crapload of money.

I saved a lot of money by leaving Progressive, and now I have an auto insurer that actually understands what their policy says.

Yep. Switching to Progressive would cost me around $400/year. Not worth it just to play with Flo's "tricked out name tag."

Well then think how much more you could save if you switched to Geico, mate.
GEICO has yet to beat the rate I get with Progressive. If they match every item for item, they are over $500.00 more / six months.

I was with Geico and switched to Nationwide a couple years back. With Geico, I was paying roughly $350 a month and when I signed up for Nationwide it went down to $130/month with renters insurance included. I couldn't believe it, that was the cheapest I had ever gotten car insurance and the offered better coverage than Geico had me on.

When I got up to leave the lady said 'You just saved a bunch of money by switching from Geico.' I laughed pretty hard. The Geico slogan was still new-ish back then.
