I'm like an old man. I can run 6mph for like 2 minutes. 7mph for 1 and 1/2 minutes. 5mph for 5 minutes.

So i run...then rest two minutes...then do it again

is this gonna be effective or do i need to just run until i absolutely CANNOT run anymore?

i've been doing this for like a week

in between the running i do some small stuff on the weight thingy

one week
not a single pound lost

hmm

it does make me tired though

i guess its better than hunting for an occulus on diablo 😉

Try this:

It works like a charm for even the most pathetically out of shape people.

Also, for now, slow your "run" down to a slow jog until you can jog at least three miles. Then you can start upping your speed by running fast for a few minutes, then slowing down to a jog and repeating.

Run til you cant run, then walk, then run again, repeat for half hour.
Do u stop at the first sign of soreness? lots of times, its all about determination, you should gradully build up your stamina by running through soreness.
You should at least aim for 5-6 mins continuous running at 6mph without walking.

A brisk walk is like 4mph. You could train a bit fast walking uphill (or up stairs). This way you could have a better progress indicator (in number of floors). But this might be much more boring than running

Run until you collapse of exhaustion and have to be taken to a hospital. Then drink a beer, don't eat anything, and do it again.

That'll cure what ails ya 😛
