I remember when... (WWF)

I remember when the WWF actually was good.

They had on guys like The Superfly Jimmy Tonka and he would do these crazy air moves.

They had Doink the clown and he had his midget clown posse Dink, Wink, and Pink
then The King Jerry Lauler (sp?) get his own midget posse Sleazy, Cheezy, and Queezy. Then the two posses got together and had a big assed fight. It was the best

Anyone have this on VHS or a digital format? I'd pay a fair amount of money.

Yeah man those were the days! When undertaker was cool as hell and all scary like. Also there was the big tubbo-lard YOKOZUNA, and the cool indian dude tatanka, and also the 1-2-3 kid, razor ramon, those were the days my friend.

Now wtf is this scott hall shyt? That dude spent like 6 years playing that spanish accent razor ramon dude..now he speaks perfect english..no comprendo :disgust:

No, I don't think so... That didn't get cool till I became a teenager 😉

You young whipper snappers!

I helped set up a ring in Tularosa NM at the local High School... that night a VERY young Ted Debiase was wrestling, as was Geroge "The Animal" Steele and Abdula The Butcher... but that was toward the end of my Pro Wrestling Watching days.

I really liked it when the stars were Bruno Sammartino, Spiros Arian, Dean Ho, Tony Garia, Fuji and Tanaka, Cheif Jay Strongbow, Haystacks Calhoun, Gorrilla Monsoon, Killer Kowalski, BlackJack Lanza and BlackJack Mulligan.... the managers were The Grand Wizard of Wrestling (who managed Mohammed Ali in a fight in Japan against a pro Wrestler) and Lou Albano. There was this geeky fat lipped guy that did the commenary at ringside here in the Washington DC area... his name was.... oh yeah, Vince McMahon!

Ah.... the "good old days"..... when I was a kid and wrestling was "real"

During that period (in the mid 90's) it was pretty bad $$$wise but came out huge. gotsmack you can pick up a copy of Survivor Series 94 with Lawler, Cheezy, Queezy, and Sleazy vs Doink, Dink, Wink, and Pink in an elimination match.

Scott Hall was playing a stereotype back then and now does not. Anyone check out Ted Dibiase's website lately? Give it a look

I just watched wrestlemania 18 for the first time since the early 90's, and it completly lost its feel.
I didnt feel like the same wrestlemania that was on 10 years ago, it almost felt like a regular monday night raw.

Late 80s and Early 90s were my golden years of wrestling. Course I was only born in 1980...so it would be a bit hard for me to like it in the late 70s and early 80s

I remember Wrestlemania when Hulk Hogan and Ultimate Warrior fought....IC and World belts on the line in the same match. I was so into that match....that's the most memorable match for me. Though there are lots of other good ones.

New wrestling isn't nearly as good. I still watch it...though I'm not sure why.
I don't really enjoy it...it's like a bad drug....

Even the new cages are cheaped out :-(

WHat the hell is with the chain linked fences...those things blow.

What happened to the 3" thick steel bars?

bret hart ruled. its really been downhill since goldberg gave him a concussion. nWo wolfpack was the last good bit. hogan's return has been fun to watch, always been a fan of his.

i wonder if sting is ever going to come back
