I'm trying to run a fresh install of Win98 using my new Tekram DC-390U3. I have a Cheetah HDD and a Pioneer SCSI DVD.
It shows no fixed disks present when I run fdisk from a floppy. Both the HDD and DVD show up in the SCSI BIOS just fine. I'm pretty sure I have everything correctly installed.
Do I need to install drivers first? And if so, how do I do that?
Any ideas?
Update, I installed an IDE CDROM and booted off of the Win98 CD. Trys to install a default 98 driver and, it says no hdd found.. So I'm thinking I need a device driver before I can install the OS. but, how do I do that?
