It's usually the vinegar laced stuff that gets me. Like the "hot" hot wing sauces that make your eyes water the vinegar smell is so overwhelming. That vinegar just seems to stick with you the *whole* way.
Still though, I just can't envision any good coming from that many jalapenos![]()

Not all jalapenos are created equal. I have some in my fridge right now that aren't much spicier than a green pepper.
I grew some on my own last year that were on par with a habanero in heat. They were in constant sunlight the entire day and the heat they produced was pretty crazy. They left my hands on fire when I was cutting them for salsa. Crazy hot for a jalapeno.
