MF, i used to live in a house at 1234 elm st., and i regularly recvd a previous tenant's mail addressed at 1234 1/2 elm, which did NOT exist. What kind of mail was it, you ask? Correspondence from various SocSec, Welfare, Medicaid, Foodstamps, etc agencies. Seems some delightful illegal alien put this trick to good use to scam cold-hard-cash instead of free UPSes and scanners. (please, dont anybody try to equate the ethics of UPS-scamming vs illegality of Money-scamming)
