When that happens you will look fairly crappy, and your metabolism will be SLOWER than it is now because muscle mass is very metabolically active, and you will be burning it away.
Heh, I know more about nutrition and exercise than 99% of the people on ATOT, so please do not critique my diet and exercise routine without knowing anything about it
😉 I have been training and researching nutrition for longer than I can remember. Just as everyone else, I have my times when I'll not be able to maintain the routine and gain weight, or lose weight, etc. so just trying to get back into shape...
