Well I had to tell somebody - here's the scores if ya give two shats:

Verbal: 72 - 98 percentile
Math: 77 - 99 percentile
Writing Skills: 75 - 99 percentile

Those are out of 80, btw, that's how the PSAT is done. Add a 0 to get the projected SAT score obviously.

Total Score (Selection Index): 224 - needed to qualify in TX (its done by state) is 213
And I finished with exams!

I got semifinalist this year, they announce the finalists in February. I don't think I stand a chance of making finalist, though. 🙁 Do you have enough other &quot;academic crud&quot; to make finalist?
 
good job dude. i was a semifinalist/finalist all the way back '92. dang. b4 they recentered the sat's and changed the psat scoring i think. seems like eons ago.
 
Those scores are a tribute to years of hard work by you and parents who made sure you didn't goof off too much. Be sure to thank them for their genes and gumption.

They actually figure the selection index each year I believe, so that may not be exactly it. (oh, and I'm a national merit scholar, nyah!)
 
naw, i probably don't have enough other academic crud to get finalist - my GPA is like A-. My parents always bug me to study more..well, at least this year I'm doing a lil better cause I'm taking more interesting classes - AP Computer Science and Honors Physics.
