Anyone see the rumour that the colours of the invitation correspond to the colour of the network carriers? Haha, I love this but at the same time the anticipation is killing me. I wish I could put myself in a coma until Wednesday afternoon :(

According to a (now deleted) tweet by major German electronics retailer Media Markt, the Apple iPad will go on sale March 1st at a price of 499 Euros with contract with T-Mobile or 899 Euros without. In U.S. prices this would likely be around $500-$600 U.S. with contract and $999 without. We came to these numbers by comparing similarly priced Apple items sold in Euros and USD (Mac Mini: 549 Euros / $599 USD, MacBook 899 Euros / $999 USD).

Their math is screwed, it'd be $699 with a contract, $1,250 without.

yeah, they were probably mentioning just the shuffle, nano, and classic. i have a feeling once the touch gets bumped to 128GB, the classic will go away. i also think that the shuffle and nano are fine where they are (spec bumps and usual upgrades cant hurt).

a 128GB iPod Touch would be the biggest win ever. I don't care if it would technically just be a Touch with more memory. If we see this next September I'm buying one :D

Same here. I need something more than the 32GB so I don't have to pick and choose what I put of my music on the the thing. I want access to all of it as I tend to like to listen to stuff pretty randomly.

They probably mean that its generally cheaper in the US. So it will cost $1k without contract. I bet this is true, and has been the rumor for some time now.

They change the world crap is just gonna mean it has 3G maybe 4G. We find out tomorrow right?
