I planning to purchase Asus Zephyrus

cheers to all,

I planning to purchase between these 2 models of laptop :Asus Rog Zephyrus S GX701GW or Asus Rog Zephyrus S GX701GXR ????
One model have RTX 2070 full desktop video card with i7 8750H , 16GB RAM, 512 m.2 ssd and another model have RTX 2080Max-Q video card,32 GB RAM,1tb ssd m.2 and i7 9750H,and i don't know what model is the best for gaming and have better thermal temepratures for gaming.
I have 2 question:
1. which graphic card is better: RTX 2070 or RTX 2080 MAx-Q and which graphic card generate less heat??
2.which laptop have better thermal temperatures and air cooling?which laptop between GW or GXR has the best cooling?

But glancing at the pros and cons of both, it seems the GXR would be the better buy.
