LOL, I just calculated my bill in June when I only used 55kWh of power. My bill was still $40, which works out to $0.72 kWh!

it's true though, because the fixed admin fees are MONSTER for me due to my low electrical usage. it would not be so bad if i used a normal amount of power, but the fact is i dont!
