I only buy FPS when i get a new pc....recommend one for new pc..

I'd say TF2 but the 24 player limit might not be enough for you. I recently started getting into it and it is a combination of intense mayhem and hilarity.

There are larger than 24 man servers. Most I've seen is 32.

Yes, but 24 is the "official" limit. Any higher than that, the server has to be modded to allow more people..

Just Cause 2 isn't a multiplayer online FPS. It is on the other hand very graphically intensive and a lot of fun.

Left 4 Dead 2
Borderlands - limited to 4 people online, but it has a very large world map
Left 4 Dead 2 - 8 people online, but the maps are nice sized
Black Ops
Fortress Forever - faster paced then tf2, and Fortress Forever is free.

Brink - coming soon, supposed to be released spring / summer 2011. You might want to keep an eye on this game.

Crysis Wars is very graphic intensive. While Farcry 2 had good benchmarking tools.
