Hi, just recently I have been getting an error reading any audio/video file from my cd-rom. First, I thought it was my Windows Media Player, but I updated that, and reinstalled it. But still, no luck. Then I tried just copying the file from the cd-rom to c drive, but still same error. The error is "It cant request because of I/O Device error". I tried copying it through Dos, but still no luck...
I have Windows XP, on a 700MHZ Intel.

I know its not the cd-rom, because I installed a different cd-rom, and I still got the same error...

Can someone help me please?
