I nominate Sears...

Depends on what support you need. If you need to buy something, they are fantastic. They'll tell you to leave and come back so they can give you an automatic 10% off. They'll give you sale prices early if you claim to be from out of town. They'll price match just about anything. They are about the best customer support that I've ever had before and during buying something.

But, once you buy it, all hell breaks loose. They transfer you over to some 3rd party delivery and setup company with the worst customer service possible. Sears essentially drops you like a hot potato.

There are those that predict that Sears will be gone by 2020 becuase of their outdated business model, pricing, etc.

I bought my washer, dryer, water softener, lawn mower, and snowblower from Sears. No complaints...so far.

Charter Cable on the other hand...:|

Sears is pretty good to us. Everytime they've repaired one of our Kenmore appliances they give a steep discount.
