:( waaaaaah

I have bought a few items from people in Canada. :(

It takes 2 weeks plus for the stuff to get here.

The last item I bought the person said that when I mailed my check i needed to put .60
US postsage on the envelope.
I put Two .37 stamps on the envelope.

Was USA- Canada shipping this much of a pain before 9/11?????

I have been very happy with Newegg,
search my user name for comments.

Not to get way off subject, but I shipped something to a military address not too long ago, and filled out my first customs form. The nice lady at the post office was just chatting with me, and so happened to tell me that Canada is the worst country to ship to, and that if you check the "Gift" option on the form for a description of what the package is, Canada will reject it with no questions asked. I assume she was telling me the truth.

I wouldn't order all my parts from that store like if i was doing my own build as it's too expensive. for me it's only good for the pictures of the products. :)

I hate NewEgg. Know why? They don't give me stuff for free! I am an American consumer damnit! I deserve free stuff! Gimme Gimme Gimme! Shipping must be free too. And none of that free gound shipping. I want a hole in space-time to open in my garage; which promply starts spewing free computer equiment from 2 years int he future! Only then will Newegg deserve my buisness! :|

<--- buys way too much from Newegg, and has never been disapointed. 1 RMA ever, and went like clockwork.

Yes, it's very nice to see them step out into our world to look for people to help.

I've spent at least $50,000 consisting of dozens and dozens of orders from the Egg and I have to have a problem one single time. Always the right thing, always packaged well and always here unusually fast. I have had a few RMAs but that is not Neweggs fault it is the manufacturers. They've always processed those in a timely, professional manner as well.

I once sent them a complimentary letter to them and the person who received it said they distribute those emails to all of the reps as morale boosters.

I spent a ton of money at Newegg, between personal and purchases for my company. I've had a few bad motherboards, and their RMA service has always been exceptional. If you notice, they do everything exactly as stated in their terms of service, that you agree to when purchasing a product. Follow those, and everything goes perfectly.

Great job, Newegg.

newegg's service is always great, their prices aren't what they used to be though.

Depends what you get, obviously no one place would have the best prices on everything... Also have to keep in mind Newegg routinely charges $2-$5 for 2-3 day FedEx while many other online stores want $10+ for UPS ground. Personally, unless something is a LOT cheaper elsewhere, I buy at Newegg even if their price is a few $$ above someone else's. Knowing beyond the shadow of a doubt that my merchandise will arrive in 2-3 days and that any problems I may have with it will be taken care of quickly is worth a few bucks easily.

I've noticed that while an item may cost less at a different online store, they usually charge more for shipping than newegg does. Most of the time after adding the item to my cart and calculating shipping, newegg is cheaper, even though the item itself may have costed more. Sometimes it is more on newegg by a few dollars, but I still order it from newegg because I haven't yet had a problem with their shipping. Plus my items usually arrive atleast 1 day early, except once when an item arrived on the delivery date.

I've ordered over $2000 worth of parts from them this year and I will continue to do so.

I will still buy from newegg even if the price is a couple dollars more as well. One time I chose the "Rush processing for 2.99" option and ironically it was the only time my order (out of about 50) was delayed. When I saw the invoice, they had refunded my 2.99.

Also, even though I lost the restocking fee ($13), I was able to return a hdd without a single issue.
