Correct decision by the DA here. Not every tragedy is something that deserves to be prosecuted. Sometimes I fear we ask too much of parents when it comes to 24/7 supervision.

You know that most people use the tv child rearing method today. I've heard that this is the preferred method among welfare recipients. Really though raising a child is a form of conditioning so if they don't get the fundamentals early on then they won't have them as a basis for future decision making. You can really see this play out with all of the violent acts performed by children these days that wouldn't have even been considered a couple of decades ago.
