Correct decision by the DA here. Not every tragedy is something that deserves to be prosecuted. Sometimes I fear we ask too much of parents when it comes to 24/7 supervision.

I thought only Jesus could do that? :p Of course, with His other skills, the pool would have been no problemo.
You know that most people use the tv child rearing method today. I've heard that this is the preferred method among welfare recipients.:eek: Really though raising a child is a form of conditioning so if they don't get the fundamentals early on then they won't have them as a basis for future decision making. You can really see this play out with all of the violent acts performed by children these days that wouldn't have even been considered a couple of decades ago.

Pools kill many more children than hand guns do.

Hand guns are most effective against depressed people; who often don't even bother to doge when they shoot themselves.
