I need your opinion on this Mobo

I am looking to buy one off of Eb@y, and I think I have found a pretty cheap one. the URL is here . Do you think it is a good mobo?

To be honest man, I would look for a better motherboard. I think it is a little old technology but if you really do not care about the upgrading to higher speed CPU or AGP 4x support or higher UDMA support, this motherboard looks good.

Thanx! I am gonna be building my first system, and I am gonna get a 800mhz Athlon classic, and probably won't be upgrading. I will only be having it for a little while, so I don't think I will be upgrading that much. Thanks for the quick response.

It's a Gateway OEM motherboard. It should work fine for just a basic setup. The price isn't bad.
