Anyone know were I can download this software, or is it a utility? Beats me. But I really need it for my DSL line. Thanks a lot. If anyone has Verizon DSL, I have the Version 3.1 install disc, do you know if/where it is located on that CD if possible.

it isn't on your disk that came with your modem? Call up the tech support line for your dsl, they should be able to tell you where on the disk it is. (or send you another with it on there)
