I need to remap keyboard keys in Windows. I had a progam that could do it, but cannot remember the name. Any suggestions?

To remap the windows key. Also I have used it to map 122 key keyboards and to create a DVORAK layout on my IBM Model M Keyboard. There are a million reasons. People who dual boot on MacTEL will also benefit from this.

For those who do not know, Model M keyboards feature removalble keys that can be moved to any place on the keyboard making for a virtually limitless combination or configuration of keys.
