of course, a strict (no cheating at all) and healthy diet with plenty and LOTS of exercise will maybe probably do it.

I drink Ensure all the time just to get my calorie count above 2500/day.

Exactly. I eat 3000 callories a day to maintain the same weight. This really needs to be tailored to the person.
 
Get some free weights, and do a lot of reps at lower weights. You won't be the strongest guy at the party, but you'll look like it 😛
