I need to find Dell's 10-K for this year

I need to find Dell's 10-K for this year (ie. period ending Feb. 2nd 2002), but its not online anywhere. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything, like if i could find it somewhere maybe... (ya i tried google an such)

Usually you can't find Dell's 10-K online until the end of April or early May, so it may not be available yet.
