I've caught 5 in the past month just using a mouse trapping box with a 1 way door and some cheddar cheese.

+4 in snap traps and 3 on sticky pads. ;)

He is very friendly. I was at my desk and he started crawling on my feet. And last night, I woke up and he was walking on my blanket on top of me. But he is too fast to grab.
The weird thing is, I dont have any food in the apartment for him to eat. I don't know why he is there.

If you grabbed him, you would be in for a world of hurt.

They sell live traps. Don't get a sticky trap though. The mouse will still die, since it removes fur and skin if you try and remove them from the sticky trap.

Mice are too fast to catch on your own, best to use a small cage with some cheese for bait.

they sell non leathal traps. it's basically a box with a ramp. once he goes inside to get the bait he can't get back out.

The only reason I'd be hesistant to try to be humane with a mouse in the house is because of the Hanta virus. Of course, if it was more than one mouse, all bets are off; that's an invasion, and war is hell -- for them.

Just kill the damn thing. I once smashed a rat with a toolbox because it was in the garage. It didn't keep me up at night.
