I have been reading reviews on vacuums for a few days now to find one that fits me, im lookin to spend 150-200 bucks on a good, bagless standard upright.

The reviews im reading seem to all favoribly see the hoover wind tunnel as a good cleaner and great value. Also I just got a Bed Bath and Beyond 20% off coupon in the mail, and they carry it. However I wanted to know if anyone here has experience with it, or if they have any vacuums that work perfectly for them.

Also Dyson > my price range.

I just bought a windtunnel a few months ago and love it. When I first used it I was amazed at how much crap it was picking up that my old vacuum was leaving behind. I had used the old vacuum a couple days before but when I got the new one I thought I would go on and try it out....I got two canisters full up!!! I wish I had bought it years ago.

Great to know. Using my BB&B coupon, I should be able to get a windtunnel for 136+ tax. Not to shabby.

Dysons are pretty sweet looking and I hear perform really well. I just cant justify spending 300 dollars on something comparible to a 160 dollar vacuum.

i have tried hoover and a few others but nothing is like rainbow

I use an H2 or something like that, Hoover windtunnel model of some sort. Pretty good. Seems like parts of it are collecting dust and I don't have the time or desire to try to clean it. But it cleans deep and seems sturdy.

Don't buy into the Dyson hype. Consumer Reports did an article on vaccums a while back and the Hoover Windtunnel beat the Dyson.

I have a windtunnel (but not bagless). It's worked fine for over 3 years, and we have 2 shedding dogs, 2 cats, and 2 messy kids.
